No. OnlyWallet is zero-knowledge, so we never have your master password or the key it unlocks. You can set a new password yourself with your 24-word recovery phrase from the unlock screen.
I lost my recovery phrase but I know my password. What should I do?
Your vault is fine, but you have no backup way in. The phrase cannot be shown again because it is never stored. Export an encrypted backup from Settings and keep it safe, and make sure you never forget the master password. To get a new phrase, you would export a backup, delete your account, create a new vault and restore the backup into it.
Where are my files stored?
In an "OnlyWallet Vault" folder in your own Google Drive. Each file is encrypted on your device before upload and named with a random id, so neither Google nor OnlyWallet can see what it is.
Is OnlyWallet available on Android and iPhone?
The web app at app.onlywallet.in works today on any phone or computer. Android and iPhone apps, and a Chrome and Edge extension, are coming soon. They use the same account and the same vault.
Why is a document still visible in my list after I deleted it?
Deleted items go to Recently deleted in the Vault tab for 30 days, so you can restore them. Choose "Delete now" to remove one straight away, or "Delete all" to empty the list.
Does OnlyWallet read my SMS or email?
No. Import bill only reads text that you paste or share into it yourself, and it reads it on your device. The text is not saved unless you switch on "Attach the original text".
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, tap "Delete account" in the danger zone, enter your master password and type DELETE. Your vault data, your OnlyWallet Drive folder and your account are erased. See the Delete account page for details.
Still need help?
In the app, open Settings and tap "Contact support". Tell us your device, browser and what you were doing.
Never send your master password or recovery phrase. We will never ask for them.
